hiyo so boring sey everyday play bball haha ytd went down 619 play bball once go down ju play
full court 5on5 hoho play 3 times haha 1 time 11 ball haha tired sey after tat ju play half court
4on4 play alot time sey continuely sey haha very de tired sey haha after tat go home ju rest leh
sleep morning wake up at 8am go shower all ju head down school for training lol today only 6
person went for training man damn little couch train us leh a well ju play 3on3 half court
30points loses 1points 2 push up lol after 3 match ju play 3on3 full court de same thing 1points 2
push up lol damn tired sey haha some more i can not cut in to de basket and put de ball i only
can stay out side and shoot only so at there train my 3 points and 2 points lor haha after tat ju
PT quite relaxing la haha only run around court 8 rounds only haha nut for de hold day is still
damn tired sey haha

finally i am back from malaysia it was so fun man 5 days at there ju si eat shopping play sleep

ytd did not post cause head was damn pain can take it lol today still de same so pain think de
weather too hot leh bah never drink enough water . ytd me, WEIJIN, JEREMY and LOONG
went to enous there in de morning for our 3on3 match our match start early de first 3match we
won ju go in 2nd round leh than we finish at 11 or 12 plus our 2nd round starts at 3pm was so
damn long we went to eat walk walk went to a shelter place a at there sleep we at there saw
JIEYI and friends, MIC and friends and HAN HUI they all lor was damn tired tat day aftertat
onc i reach home was damn tired and not feeling well also ju shower leh ju sleep leh today went
to ang mo kio my aunt house to eat was force to go sian....
hope tat i will recover soon
training is coming every wed and friday

today wake up around 10am like tis went to shower ju head down to cousin house and eat
breakfeast there after tat nth to do ju play ps2 with him lor we play NBA live 2005 lol starting i
winning behind i lost lol after tat MIC say she reaching jp leh as they ask me go eat together lol
at there saw tommy he going back home to change so me MIC and SANDY went to lai lai to eat
lol eat finish leh TOMMY ju come find us after tat JIEYI and FELINA join us ju head down to
mrt there to meet up with de other rest of de player after all came ju take bus 180 to jurong east
there for our friendly with west wood sec we play very bad as i not feeling well think got fever
bah can't run lol after tat i went home alone lor all going eat as my house got cook lol
hope tat de fever will be better

today wake up just shower slack at home nth to do around 1plus went to 851 with LOONG,
IVAN, JEREMY there to eat lunch after tat JEREMY went home to take shoe i wait at his house
down stair and we head to school cause raining so training was at school wa sian sey at school run
here and there go gym work out haha later couch ask me go out check bball court got ppl ma i
went to 3 bball court all got ppl so couch say stay in school and run lol today training was ok la
haha not so tired haha after tat ju went home leh and brought new shoe from couch haha AND1
de ok la not bad $60 only don expect much haha
friday there is friendly match all de best arh

Ytd wake up early in de morning around 5am plus went down jeremy house down stair me him
and went down jp to meet loong and we head down to eunos for our 3on3 haha reach there was
rainning so we went for breakfeast at near by coffie shop after tat went back to de bball court
and sit there to wait for de rain to stop well waiting we saw ppl playing bball so we also join along
and shoot shoot haha.... after de rain stop de floor dry ju start leh we was sitting there and wait
for our turn ha... after tat we went to eat lunch after lunch ju go back there
and sit wait for our turn .. finally our turn de first match we won haha haha 2nd match lost 3rd
de other team never come so they walk over lor we went in to 2nd
round ... 2nd match we won so go samie and we lost lost leh ju out liao so can go home leh .. loong
ju call his father come and fatch us THANKS LOONG haha ...
today nth much wake up go boonlay market with grandmother went there eat breakfeast she go
change money from sin to maisa haha than ju go home leh now ask mum weather can play bball
she say can't f.u.c.k up sey ...so boring staying at home btw sry JEREMY say got go than in de
